Yamaha MT-25 Overview

Design

The MT-25 is a naked street fighter bike, made for city rides. As compared to Mt15, it looks more muscular and heavier. It has similar projector headlights from MT 15 and has more aggressive DRL. Also, this one will not be getting wind visors. The muscular tank, and the split seat is what makes the machine look heavier.

Engine

So, Yamaha MT-25 has a 249-cc displacement with max power of 35.9 PS @ 12,000 RPM and max torque of 22.6 Nm @ 10,000 RPM. It is a twin cylinder, 8 valves, 4-stroke, DOHC engine. It comes with a FI system. And talking about the fuel, the fuel tank capacity is 14 liters.

The MT-25 comes with 17-inch Aluminum alloy wheels. Front wheel comes with a 110/70-17 M/C size tubeless tire. Whereas, rear comes with 140/70-17 M/C tubeless tires.

Moreover, it comes with an up-side down telescopic fork of 41mm. Similarly, the rear is built with mono suspension.

Braking

Moving to the safety features, it is provided with ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) on both front and rear brakes. Similarly, MT15 is compiled with single channel ABS only. The front disc measures 298 mm and rear one measures 220 mm in diameter.
