Samsung officially launched the Galaxy F02s and the Galaxy F12s entry level smartphones in India. Both the devices are India exclusive smartphones. We have already covered the Specs of Galaxy F02s. Samsung Galaxy F12 Overview
Display and Design
The Samsung Galaxy F12 flaunts a 6.5-inch PLS TFT LCD panel. The dewdrop notch which Samsung calls an Infinity-V display has a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels (HD+). Additionally, the screen also features a 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass protection on the top.
The handset features a plastic build. It comes in three color options – Sky Blue, Sea Green, and Celestial Black. The rear panel has a squarish camera module and just below it lies a flash
Camera
Coming to the cameras, the Galaxy F12 features a quad-camera array at the rear. This includes a primary 48MP ISOCELL GM2 sensor with f/2.0 aperture. Apart from that, the camera setup consists of an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. Likewise, there is also an 8MP selfie snapper hosted inside the Infinity-V notch.
Performance and Memory
The Galaxy F12 is driven by the same Exynos 850 SoC that powers the Galaxy M12. It is an octa-core processor based on an 8nm fabrication process. For memory configuration, unlike the M12 which comes with up to 6GB of RAM, the F12 packs 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Similarly, you get up to 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB via a dedicated microSD card slot.
The phone ships with Android 11-based Samsung OneUI 3.1 out-of-the-box.
Battery and Miscellaneous
Much like the Galaxy M12, the Galaxy F12 also boosts a massive 6,000mAh battery. It supports 15W fast charging via the USB-C port. The phone also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack. Also, there’s a side mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock for security.

Samsung Galaxy F12 Price in Nepal and Availability
Samsung Galaxy F12 is exclusive in India and will be available starting April 12. The handset is priced for INR 10,999 and INR 11,999 for 4/64GB and 4/128GB models.
We expect, Samsung Galaxy F12 price in Nepal to be around NPR 17,999 if and when it launches here.
