Realme Nepal has launched the Realme C11 2021 in Nepal. This entry-level smartphone is a toned down model of original Realme C11 that was released last year. Display and Design
Realme C11 2021 packs a 6.5 inches IPS LCD panel. The dewdrop notched display has a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels (HD+), 270PPI screen density and a 20:9 aspect ratio. As it is a budget smartphone it has thin bezels on the sides whereas the bottom chin is thick.
The smartphone features a plastic build and a design similar to the original Realme C11. It has matrix like camera array on the back which looks quite trendy. There’s a vertical stripe on the rear with a Realme branding and a speaker grill. Sadly, it doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner on the rear or anywhere on the device.
Further, the phone measures 165.2 x 76.4 x 9.1mm in dimensions and weighs 190g. It is available in two colors: Iron Grey, Lake Blue.
Performance and Memory
As I mentioned earlier, the handset is a downgraded model of the original Realme C11. So, the less powerful Unisoc SC9863 chipset powers the device. It is a 28nm chipset with eight A55 cores where two cores are clocked at 1.6GHz and remaining six clocked at 1.2GHz. Similarly, the less powerful PowerVR GE8322 handles the graphics.
Realme took a step down from MediaTek G35 chipset to an Unisoc chipset on this new phone which is quite unusual for the company.
In terms of memory the device is offered in 2GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage. Here, users can expand the storage up to 256GB via a dedicated MicroSD card slot.
As for software, this phone ships with Realme UI based on Android 10 Go Edition.
Camera
For photos and videos, the handset packs an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera. Whereas the original C11 featured dual rear camera
Battery and Miscellaneous
Keeping the lights on is a generous 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging via MicroUSB.
For connectivity, it supports dual-SIM, 4G, single-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
