Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro have been launched today with new features over their predecessors at lower prices. Both the smartphones feature a hole-punch display, 90Hz display and 30W fast charging.

Realme 6 Pro is powered by brand new Snapdragon 720G octa-core chipset along with Adreno 618 GPU. The processer is built around an 8nm process coupled with either 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4x dual channel RAM. And storage capacity for 64GB and 128GB expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). The handset runs on Android 10 with Realme UI on top.
On the design aspect, the Realme 6 Pro features a 6.6” LCD full-HD+ ultra-smooth display. Display refreshes at 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. There is a punch-hole on the display that houses two selfie cameras. Camera’s of 16 MP Sony IMX471 sensor with an F/2.0 aperture and 8 MP ultrawide F/2.2 shooter with 105-degree field of view.
On the rear side it features a quad-camera setup. That includes the main 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor with an F/1.8 lens. Accompanied with a 12MP telephoto sensor with an F/2.5 aperture. Also, an 8MP ultrawide sensor with F/2.3 aperture. And finally a 2MP macro shooter with an F/2.4 aperture. The Realme 6 Pro supports 4K video recording at 30fps and has 20x hybrid zoom with UIS and UIS max video stabilization.
In the other hand, Realme has provided 4,300mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging. Connectivity option on the phone includes 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and USB type C. It’s the first device to integrate NavIC – India’s own satellite navigation system.

Whereas, Realme 6 is powered by MediaTek’s gaming oriented G90T octa-core chipset along with Mali-G76 MC4 GPU GPU coupled with either 4GB, 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4x quad channel RAM. Two storage variant of 64GB and 128GB expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) is available. The handset also runs on Android 10 with Realme UI on top.
The Realme 6 has a 6.5” LCD full-HD+ ultra-smooth display of 20:9 aspect ratio. It also comes with 90Hz refresh rate, 90.5% screen to body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It hosts a 16MP F/2.0 selfie camera in the punch-hole design.
Reakme 6 also spots quad camera setup on the back- main 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor of aperture of F/1.8, an 8MP F/2.3 ultrawide sensor, a 2MP dedicated macro sensor of F/2.4 and a 2MP B&W auxiliary unit.
The handset also packs the same battery as Pro version and same charging capabilities which charges the phone from flat to 100% in an hour. Connectivity option are also same to the Pro variant.

Price and Availability

The Realme 6 Pro is priced at INR 16,999 for 6GB/64GB, INR 17,999 for 6GB/128GB and the 8GB/128GB is tagged at INR 18,999. Whereas the standard version is priced at INR 12,999 for 4GB/64GB, INR 14,999 for 6GB/64GB and INR 15,999 for 8GB/128GB.
Colour option for Realme 6 are Lightning Blue, Lightning Orange and Lightning red. And for Realme 6 Pro will be available in Comet Blue and Comet White colours.
