Oppo announced the international Reno3 Pro non-5G variant today which is a tweaked version of the Reno 3 pro. But with 5G chipset that was unveiled in China late last year. You can watch the unveiling event here.
The Reno3 Pro runs Android 10 with ColorOS 7 powered by Helio P95 chipset by MediiaTek. It is the first smartphone with this chipset consisting octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A75 cores running up to 2.2GHz. The device is paired with 8 GB of RAM and storage of either 128 GB or 256 GB. And also, can be expanded further by using a microSD.
The Reno3 Pro features a 6.5” Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution having 20:9aspect ratio. The phone has an under display fingerprint scanner and dual punch-hole design to house a selfie camera.
For photos and videos, the handset features a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64 MP primary sensor with an F/1.8 aperture, a 13 MP telephoto shooter with an F/2.4 aperture, an 8 MP ultra wide angle shooter and a 2 MP monochrome depth sensing camera. This setup supports 5x hybrid zoom and up to 20x digital zoom. Talking about the selfies, the smartphone is equipped with a 44 MP sensor with an F/2.4 aperture- first highest resolution dedicated front camera on smartphone and a 2 MP depth sensor with an F/2.4 aperture.
The smartphone packs a 4,025 mAh battery that supports VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 which allows up to 30W fast charging. Connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/A-GPS and a USB Type-C port. Dolby Atmos as well as Hi-Res is packed for Audio support.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro Price and Availability
The Oppo Reno3 Pro has been priced for INR 29,999 for the 128 GB variant and 256 GB comes with a a price tag of INR 32,990. Auroral Blue, Midnight Black and Sky White are available colour option for the handset. The 128 GB variant will go on sell from March 6 and its 256 GB option’s release date is yet to be confirmed.
