OnePlus launched OnePlus 9 Pro along with OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9R. 9 Pro is the top-end device among these three. Besides that, the company also launched their first smartwatch. So, let’s look into the specs, features and expected price of OnePlus 9 Pro in Nepal and its availability.

Display and Design
The OnePlus 9 Pro comes with 6.7” LTPO Fluid AMOLED where LTPO stands for Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide. LTPO is an OLED display technology which is mostly seen on Apple devices. Moreover the refresh rate of the display is 120Hz where the screen aspect ratio is 20.1:9. Also, it has 3216 x 1440 pixels of QHD+ resolutions and 525 ppi density. Further, it supports sRGB, 10-bit color depth, Display P3 and HDR10+. More, the display consists of a punch hole for the camera setup and protected by Corning gorilla Glass 5.
Going for the looks, the design has completely changed from rear view. Meanwhile, the camera module looks very new to the design. Also, the curved edge of the display helps in obtaining the 90.3% screen-to-body ratio. Rear panel is made out of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 itself. And it comes with IP68 dust and water-resistant ratings. Whereas the other two siblings: 9 and 9R doesn’t have the IP rating.

Moving on to the heart of the device, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC. The chipset is the same as the OnePlus 9. Likewise, the storage and RAM configurations are also same with the OnePlus 9. The 5G Modem is X60 and Graphics is handled by Adreno 660.
Talking about the RAM, 8 GB and 12 GB variants are available. And for the storage, 128 GB and 256 GB is configured respectively. Furthermore, device operates on OxygenOS 11 based on the latest Android 11.
Camera
The device has quad camera setup on rear and on the front is single camera. On the rear, the primary lens is of 48 MP Sony IMX789 sensor with f/1.8 aperture. Further, the second camera lens is of 50 MP Sony IMX766 Ultrawide lens. It is accompanied by Telephoto lens of 8 MP and Monochrome lens of 2 MP. Furthermore, the module on rear has the Dual LED flash.
On front, the 16 MP Sony IMX471 wide lens is placed on a punch hole. It has the aperture of f/2.4 and has EIS. Device is listed on the official sites of OnePlus of various regions. However, the Indian site has priced the device at INR 64,999 for the base 8/128 GB variant. Whereas the top-tier variant which is 12/256 GB is priced at INR 69,999.
Looking at the price of India, we can expect the OnePlus 9 Pro price in Nepal to start from NPR 1,17,000.
