Design
The GOVA 03 has a slightly different body looks than the ones that we have already seen. Firstly, it comes with a rectangular LED headlamp whereas mostly other NIU scooters have circular ones. And company describes it as H-shaped matrix headlamp which also has LED DRLs. Secondly, body has smooth edge all over.
The handle bars are 542 mm wide which will give full comfortable while riding. Under the seat, there is a huge saddle box for storing helmet or any other things. And below that, there is the 48V lithium-ion battery of the scooter. The digital console shows the speed, battery level, and other necessary indicators. And the leg space is also huge.

Performance
NIU GOVA 03 comes with a powerful 48V lithium-ion battery. It gets fully charged in 5 hours and comes with 11 different battery safeguards which helps in extending battery life. Still, it comes with 2 years warranty and 5 years life cycle.
Company claims, it has top speed of 60 Km/h at peak power of 2000W. For smooth acceleration, the FOC vector controller ensures it all. Moreover, one full charge can provide range of 70 km (estimated). It has to riding modes: Dynamic S-Sport and Energy Saving T-Tour Mode.
Suspension and Brakes
The GOVA 03 comes with a twin telescopic hydraulic fork on front. And the rear is built with spring-air damping shock absorber. It provides a confident riding experience. And the brakes are both disc, rear and front.
Features
GOVA G3 features fully digital LCD console with necessary indicators. Interestingly, it has a cruise control feature for your long rides. It will help in maintain the same speed for long rides and will help in resting your rest. Another interesting feature is the EBS energy recycling system. It recycles the braking energy into the battery power. Meaning, it will charge back the battery for extra range.
