Finally, JBL Clip 4 Launched in Nepal with 10 hours battery back up

JBL Clip 4 has finally launched in Nepal. It is small, compact sized with rugged design which weighs like a smartphone. The JBL Clip series came in circular shape previously but this time it is more of an oval shape. And the clip on the top of the speaker is bigger than previous ones. Design

JBL has made huge changes to the design of the Clip 4 compared to its predecessor. The all three predecessors came with a circular design and a lock type hook clip. On the other hand, Clip 4 has changed its shape to an oval where the clip starts from the body sides itself.

The front and rear side has a speaker grill which is covered with fabrics on top. And has a rubberish finish on the hook clip. Most importantly, the speaker is IP67 certified for dust and water splash proof. And the dual tone color finishes have a fascinating look. The JBL branding with play/pause button and Volume control buttons are placed in front. This one does not have any AUX-in port to connect it with aux cable.

Features

The Clip 4 comes with a 1.5” (40 mm) driver. It contributes to an RMS output of 5 Watts. However, the frequency response ranges from 100Hz  to 20kHz. For connectivity, there is Bluetooth version 5.1 with A2DP 1.3 and AVRCP 1.6 profile.

Controls

As talked earlier, it has its buttons on the front face with the JBL branding logo. Buttons include volume up and down and a play/pause. There are no dedicated buttons for skipping track. But you can skip tracks by quickly pressing one play/pause button.

Battery

Clip 4 has the 3.885 Wh Li-ion polymer battery. The company claims that it can provide up to 10 hours of music playback on a single charge. Similarly, it takes 3 hours to fully charge. And it gets a USB Type-C port to charge it.
