Last year, we saw Xiaomi 100W Super Charge Turbo technology’s demo which charged 0-100% in 17mins. Similarly, other brands are also working on super fast charging solutions. The sub-brand from Vivo, iQOO has announced a new 120 Ultra-Fast Charging solution. It is based on Vivo’s Super FlashCharge implementation.

Similarly, IQOO has slew of fast charging option including 33W, 44W and 55W. The 120W Ultra-Fast Charging is capable of charging a Smartphone with 4000 mAh battery in just 15 minutes. Similarly, it can charge from 0-50% in just 5 minutes. Likewise, it also charges 80% in just 10 minutes.

Last year, Vivo first talked about the 10W flash charging technology at Mobile World Congress conference. It has not been declared commercially. Also, we haven’t seen any smartphone with this changing solution. Therefore, iQOO 120W fast charging technology is the first 120W charging technology. Similarly, the rival company Oppo is all set to launch its 125W fast charging technology.

The iQOO 120W Ultra flash charging solution will be integrated in a mysterious phone. Which might launch this August, according to leakster Digital Chat Station. Moreover, this technology will be seen in other iQOO devices in future. The mysterious device is also tipped to come with super VC liquid cooling technology to control internal temperature.

Upcoming device coming with 120W Fast Charging

According to rumor, the latest charging technology can be seen on the iQOO Pro 3 5G. Also, the device features latest Snapdragon 865+ chipset, 4,500mAh battery and a 6.56” screen. On the other hand, Oppo recently confirmed that 125W charging will be launched on July 15. Similarly, another leak suggest that Realme is working on 100W+ Ultra dart charger.
