Honda Nepal recently launched Honda Highness CB350 DLX bike. Now, they have launched the new model of CB350, that is Honda CB350 RS. Also, they have confirmed that the Honda H’ness CB350 RS Pro won’t be hitting the Nepalese market. The CB350 RS is a retro-looking bike with a touch in scramble edition.

Honda CB350 RS Overview
Design
The CB350 RS has a similar neo-retro look but with a scrambler touch. The RS in the name stands for Rally or Race Sport, sometimes Road Sport. Here, it is the rally sport. Firstly, it comes with a circular LED headlamp. A circular headlight with LED in it has a modern side also. Looks the same from the front side but you will see different gripped tires. Similar kinds of tires are seen on other scrambler motorbikes. Also, the handlebars are slightly lowered than the CB350 DLX model. Moving on, the tank is also shape and the design is also the same.
The fuel tank is longer which remains the classic look of the bike. The seat is changed from the DLX model. Now, it has a grippy ribbed striped pattern seat rather than a smooth leather seat. It still does looks comfortable, even the pillion seat looks comfortable too. The grab rail is something you won’t see in the first look. Because it looks more like a body part itself rather than extra metal fitted with the bike. Moreover, CB350 RS weighs 179 Kgs and looks longer because of the tail fenders. Don’t miss the LED taillight, it is also changed.

Engine
H’Ness CB350 RS comes with the same 348.36cc 4-stroke BS6 engine. It is also a single-cylinder, air-cooled, and SI engine. And also generates equivalent max power of 21.07 PS @ 5500 RPM and max torque of 30 Nm @ 3000 RPM.
Further, it comes with 15 liters of fuel tank capacity. Moreover, it is a FI (Fuel Injection) system powered ignition. Like DLX, this also comes with a self/electric starter only. Also, a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox with a multi-plate wet clutch mechanism.

Wheels and Suspensions
The CB350 RS comes with a 19-inch Aluminum alloy wheel on the front. Which comes with a 100/90-19” M/C 57H size tubeless tire. Whereas, the rear comes with 17-inch alloy wheels with 150/70-17” M/C 69H tubeless tires. Further, it is built with a telescopic fork in front. And the rear is built with Twin hydraulic shock absorber.

Braking
The front and rear both are provided with disc brakes. So, the front disc measures 310 mm in diameter. The rear disc measures 240 mm in diameter. Interestingly, it comes with dual ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) which provides better safety on roads. The company managed to provide traction control as well in the bike.
Features and Miscellaneous
CB350 RS features a semi-digital console with necessary indicators aside. Digital console indicators like ODO meter, trip meter, and fuel level. Where the tachometer is analog. And there is an engine kill switch also.
Moreover, features like Hazard Switch, Side Stand with Engine Inhibitor, Battery Voltage Meter, Gear Position Indicator, Assist and Slipper Clutch, Average Mileage/Real-Time Mileage indicators are also available.

The Honda CB350 RS price in Nepal has been set to NPR 7,75,000. It’s 25k more than the Honda CB350 DLX price which is Rs. 7,49,900 with the introductory price of Rs. 6,99,900. Better we can expect an amazing introductory price for this one also.
CB350 RS is available for INR 1.98 lakhs in India, which is 13 grans more than DLX variant. It will be available in two colors: Radiant Red Metallic and Black with Pearl Sports Yellow
