Both the bikes are not available in the country. However, the 250 CL-X Heritage will soon be launched in Nepal and be seen on Nepalese roads.
The CFMoto Bikes in Nepal are imported by Anna International Pvt. Ltd. Different models of CFMoto bikes are available in the country ranging from 125-cc to 650cc. But the CL-X is a completely new lineup that will soon be available for purchase in Nepal.
CFMoto 250 CL-X Heritage Overview
CFMoto 250 CL-X Heritage is a shrunken model of 700 CL-X. It is a naked roadster type that has neo-retro looks and is slighted to the scramble category. CFMoto is a Chinese company that has a few bikes in Nepal that is quite popular.
Here, we will discuss the specifications, features, and expected price of CFMoto 250 CL-X Heritage in Nepal with its availability.
As mentioned earlier, CFMoto 250 CL-X Heritage has a scrambler look with a neo-retro design. It lies in a naked category of bikes. At a first glance, the bike will surely take your heart and you will want it for yourself.
A circular LED headlamp with two partitions contributes to a retro-neo look. Similarly, the headlamp is enclosed inside an “X” design which might mean the X from CL-X. Adding to a retro design is a circular instrument cluster. However, the cluster is the digital one. The front sidelight indicator is mounted beside the headlamp. Likewise, the side/back view mirrors also come in a circular cutout.
More on the front, it has a USD shock connecting to the wide front tyre. On its body is a huge fuel tank that looks quite muscular and tall. The handlebar is placed in an upright position which we priorly see on Royal Enfield bikes and even Jawa Perak.
The seat position is adjusted according to the handlebar so that riders feel comfortable while riding. It is not a split seat and resembles more like in Yamaha MT-15.
The footpegs are slightly on the front but not as in cruiser bikes. If seen in the Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 – its competitor, the footpeg is placed slightly towards the rear side which looks like a racing posture for the lower body.
On the rear, you will find a LED taillight that looks like the letter “H”. You will also notice the tire is inclined backward than the body’s tail. From the side, you will see it more clearly and which might make you remember Ducati Diavel.
The mudguard on the rear wheel holds the license plate and the rear side indicators. Finally, the exhaust is placed underbelly as we see in the Pulsar NS series.
CFMoto 250 CL-X Heritage carries class, looks, and power in a single package. It is a standard-sized bike but comes with a power pack performance.
The 250 CL-X Heritage comes with a 249.2-cc engine. It is a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, FI (Fuel injected) engine. This engine can generate a max power of 26.14 hp and torque of 22 Nm max. Additionally, it is a Euro 5 compliant engine which means less pollution from the exhaust.
As mentioned earlier, the fuel tank is huge, it can store up to 14.5 liters of fuel. It has a 6-speed gearbox transmission with a CF-SC slipper clutch. Talking about the mileage on the Nepalese road, it might be around 30Km/L. Also, you will need to work hard to go beyond 120 Km/hrs speed.
Dimension, Suspensions, Wheels, and Brakes
CFMoto has designed this bike to be comfortable for any rider as it has a seat height of 795mm which is pretty decent. In addition, it weighs around 155Kg with full fuel, engine oil, and other liquids. Mainly, the relaxed upright riding position won’t make the bike look heavier and taller.
Mention above in the design section, it has a USD telescopic suspension accompanied by a mono-shock absorber on the rear. The wheels have a diameter of 17 inches on both front and rear. And the size of the tyres is 110/70-R17 on front and 150/50-R17 on the rear. The tyres are tubeless and R in the tyres means Radial ones.
About the brakes, it has disc brakes on both wheels which are provided with dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System). It will provide better safety and better handling.
Features and Miscellaneous
This naked roadster bike has a full LED illumination setup headlight, tail light, and side indicators. Also, the instrument cluster on the dashboard is a TFT LED. It comes with a kill engine switch and slipper clutch.
The bike might come with different riding modes, as we have seen different modes on CFMoto Nk250, SR250, and other CFMoto bikes. It is available in two color options to choose from. They are Nebula White and Nebula Black.

Looking at this bike, it looks more like a Ducati Diavel from the side but has a more common design with Husqvarna Svartpilen 250. The eye-catching retro neo design will draw the attention of many riders.
The 250 CL-X Heritage offers great power with its 250-cc engine. However, the power is slightly less than its main competitor, Svartpilen 250 by Husqvarna. Though it is a naked roadster bike, its main purpose is the city ride and comfortable ride. I hope the pricing of this bike doesn’t get too high cause it has had its competitor in the market for a few years now.
